Delivery Information

Shipping:

Currently we hold some stock in the our sorting warehouse. Most of orders however are fulfilled by our main logistics warehouse in Poland – fully tracked and visible. Your order then comes to our sorting office for inspection and is being shipped out to your address with a courier.

We expect parcels to be delivered to your door step between 7-14 days from processing date. It may happen that there is a delay in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances so please allow up to 21 business days for parcel to reach you.

Processing:

• All orders will be processed next working day by 18:00. Any orders made after that time will be processed following day.
• Any orders made over the weekend will be processed on Monday by 18:00.

Carrier:

• Parcels are sent via tracked service from our local warehouse and will be delivered by DPD/UPS.
• There will be time that we will use other couriers like Evri or Royal Mail to post the parcels to you.
• The tracking is attached to the order from our warehouse to your home. Tracking from main logistics warehouse to UK can be provided upon request.

Regulations and Contact:

We strictly follow Distant Selling Regulations and as The Collagen Company we take full responsibility of the parcel until it reaches your doorstep. Any queries regarding parcel will be dealt by our office so please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
